Full Length Cutting Board
A spacious, 11 1/2" deep, full length cutting board acts as the main staging area for all of your culinary creations, providing plenty of room for sandwiches and salad bowls.
12 Pan Capacity
The topping rail has the ability to hold up to (12) 1/6 size pans at the same time! Pan dividers are included, plus a fan directs cold air to the pan area for safe holding.
9.75 cu. ft. of Storage
The interior of this unit has 9.75 cu. ft. of storage capacity for backup pans of ingredients and two adjustable shelves for organization. Each shelf can hold up to 90 lb.
Removable Door Gaskets
The door gaskets are easy to remove for thorough cleaning and sanitation.
